Works for me... Bring in McNabb so Webb can learn for a year or two, then make Webb the guy. In the meantime, plug the myriad of holes in the offensive line. Any success in football begins with having a strong O-line.

As much as I like the thought of trading down, but if Bowers,Fairly or prince fall to twelve you just know that we're going to take them.

Trade down. Trade down. Trade down.

Picks are currency. Get as many as you can.

When free agency starts up again then get your stars.

Do you really think the vikings would pass on Prince Amukamara, to replace Bryant McKinnie at left tackle, when the weakest guy on the line is your right tackle.....I mean seriously did you put any thought into this pic!

WTF? How is a good complement to Clay Matthews a player that reminds everyone of Clay Matthews?

Unfortunately for the Vikes, this is a rather weak QB class. I wouldn't want to be the GM who risks his career on Cam Newton. Whoever the Vikes do draft, please don't let it be Mallet. He may have all the physical tools to be an awesome drop back passer. However, it's the 5 inches between his ears that will relegate him to being a bust.

Ryan Mallett is a great young quarterback. The Vikings will be making a mistake if they don't draft him at #12. Last year they had a chance to get Michael Vik and they didn't do it and look what he did last season! Taking an older quarterback that Philadelphia and Washington discarded isn't going to solve anything. Mallett's experience under Petrino really makes him an experienced quarterback and ready for the NFL.

I agree. When I see and hear Mallet I think Ryan Leaf.

He seems to have all the tools and he also acts and sounds like a tool.

It matters little. This franchise still has yet to win the big prize, and is a total waste of time.

Kiper from ESPN says the Vikings are going to take the QB from Washington with the 12th pick. The paper predicts one thing, some local TV guy someone else, one fan wants this guy, another wants someone else.
Hell, the way the Vikings give everything a way of value, they will probably trade this one also.

They probably should have traded down. But christian ponder aint that bad. But he still wasn't worth a #12 pick though
