I'm not seeing my name listed here. What's going on? Shooter told me I was a lock for the first round!

I like the "So long, Bryant McKinnie", but Anthony Castonzo could still be taken by trading down and acquiring more draft picks.

I like the idea of selecting an OT at #12, or of trading down a few picks to pick up an extra pick in round 2. I wouldn't mind the Vikings getting a QB, but I don't like the idea of reaching for Locker at #12. The only QB in the draft worth a pick that high is Gabbert, who will be long gone by that time.

I like the trade down option as well, but there will need to be a falling comodity to create that interest. Then can the Vikings resist taking that comodity themselves. ie. Fairley,Quinn,Amukamara etc. You have to have a partner to trade with. Fingers Crossed!

"RB, Alabama: Ingram does not have breakaway speed, but neither did Emmitt Smith." Cmparing Ingram to Emmitt? I don't think Miami has NEAR the line that Minnesota "gave" Dallas.

Believe it or not, I had a dream 2 weeks ago that we would trade down to 20 or something and then take castanzo... It just might happen....

Can we please, just once take a chance on a QB? Not that having washed up jorneymen hasn't been a blast to watch over the years.

Remember, mock drafts are just that, no GM tips his hand before the actual draft. Fun to look at, but really just pure speculation on most picks.

If we take another OT in the first round I give up watching the vikes. Either take a QB or take a CB. Enough of this line crap in the first round. Skilled players only in round 1, including DE's that can rush the passer.

If they're going to waste a pick in round 1 they might just as well take a kicker. What a waste if they take an OT.

I don't know which Vikings offensive line the E-Trade baby was watching last year, but the one I watched was horrible! I think the Vikes probably will trade down and then if one of the really good O Linemen are there great pick!

the vikings probably wont trade down in my opinion. Too many teams are trying to trade down at this point.I can definitely see them taking locker. I know it's a reach but locker won't last long after the 12th pick.

If Amukamara or Quinn are available...either pick would be solid. Magically, if Gabbert drops to #12, then you have to go QB. Otherwise, they need to trade down to 20-22 range, pick up a 3rd round pick and select Pouncey with 1st rd pick to shore up weak offensive line.

Pick as many new players as you can. This team has no heart and plenty of pompous d bags. I would go on a trading frenzy too for healthy young and hungry players. I would pick up free agents, etc...a new style is needed in Minn to win. Remember when the college all stars would play the NFL champs? Gather up the hungry ones from the last 4 years and draft a slew from this last class and coach them to unbelievable heights with dedication and no booze, drugs and woman for a couple of years....draft em smart and make em' mad and hungry......RRRRRRRRRR.....Gro wlllllllllll.....we need somethin' new!
