Luck is making a huge mistake. The panthers said they would draft him with their number 1 pick. You can't pass up that kind of money. He will have a new coach and he may get injured next year at Stanford. The degree is important, but not enough for passing on the number 1 pick. Look what happened to Matt leinart at usc. He stayed and he dropped on the draft board the following year.

Whether Luck's decision will cost him millions of dollars remains to be seen. But I, for one, applaud his decision that puts action where his mouth is in saying there are more important things than money that athletic prowress can bring...a free college education for one...positive influence for another.

Hey Luck how does it feel to have an EXCELLENT support system that allows you to chase HAPPINESS and NOT the $$$$$$!!!! You will be blessed in the future I promise....

Now how many of my friends said Mallet wanted to play against Osu's BEST and glad no suspensions and submitting for the draft means he was auditioning hahahahahaha You're welcome Mallett from da Buckeyes hahahaha!!! Sadly if that was Pryor doing this after LOSING the ESPN analyst would rip him apart...isnt that right College Game Day crew AND Mark May hahaha?????

Like I said when my Buckeyes win so does my Ravens now I'm headed to Buckeye country to cheer on my B10 ring holder....it bet not be sold hahahaha

Very good decision for Luck. With the new CBA and everything going on in the NFL for next year, he may have ended up taking less money than next year. He has a chance to stay and get his degree and have a shot at a NC. This is one kid with a bright future and a good head on his shoulders already. Now Mallett....well he jumped at the chance to enter the draft since Luck isn't. He figures that gives him the nod at the #1 QB pick. And he knows he can't afford showing NFL scouts how he gets rattled under pressure.

Wow, goes to show the type of intelligence that Stanford is bringing in these days. A lot of people are saying its smart , alot say its dumb. I say he is a reflection of the over-rated educational institution called Stanford. I hope he never has to make any budget or financial descisions when he is an architect, because this guy is obviously as good with numbers as I am at throwing a football (FYI..for the Stanford educated folks...I and NOT good at throwing a football). It apparently runs in the family. Anyone who can study enough to pull an A in a college course, A's do not equal intelligence. Pure Idiot!!!
