He is a hell of lot better than Stephen McGee of the Cowboys.

I like the Packers back ups at QB. Flynn and Harrell have progressed nicely. Each team knows they have to have solid 2nd stringers. Flynn played well against the Patriots last year and though it was only 1 game I felt a little more compfortable should he have to step in for AR this season. This concussion situation has me concerned as the NFL is going to keep a close eye on this particular injury so having a capable back up is essential.

Graham Harrell was this year's winner for the rookie farting contest.

Hats off to him !

You def.need 2 QB in this leauge, and Matt Flynn is a FA after the 12 season and hes gone ( he should be,he can start for several teams IMO ) SO, If Graham Harrell proves himself as a good #2 and MM and or TT are not afraid to go to him if AR get injured,do the Packers unload Flynn after the 11 season,OR,do you give Harrell who is already good enough to go another year,Lose Flynn for nothing and lose Harrell the following year for nothing as well.

After watching the Packers/Cardinals game last night.Graham Harrell looked pretty darn good and appears to be much better then last year.Question is,,Do the Packers feel comfortable trading Matt Flynn ( who will be a FA after this season) and certainly wont be back unless Rodgers retires or really sucks and loses his job.The Packer announcers seemed to be hinting that TT and MM are seriously thinking about trading Flynn for someone or a pick and using Graham Harrell as a #2.G.H. should be in GB for another 2 seasons.Like mentioned and known, teams need 2 qb and if Harrell is a good enough qb to be a #2,why not unload Flynn for a mid to upper mid round pick? Sign an old vet to be a 3 and teach Harrell a bit more OR you can let the old vet be a 2 for 2011.I guess losing Flynn for nothing wouldnt hurt a whole lot esp if AR get hurt and Harrell ends up being a less then average backup but again, you never know either tough choice ahead for the bosses.
in other thoughts.
Derrick Sherrod didnt not look good so TJ Lang appears to have the upper hand at LG,so maybe D.S. should concentrate on LT nad being the heir to C.Clifton when the time comes. This is where the lockout and shortened camp KILLS teams.D.S. certainly has the talent but just isnt there now and needs some serious work at this point.
Ray Dominquez ( undrafted FA from Arkansas) looked very good!( of course it was the 4th quarter so it could have been lesser competition)but he did very well. Alex Green Rookie back out of Hawaii, looked good running but whiffed on a few blocks allowing Flynn to get sacked,so he needs to learn a shoulder just wont do it and needs to p/u blitzes or to cover blocks a little better ( again it should come in time). A good point made last night..Ray Dominquez was contacted by 15 teams and it came down to NYJ,Dallas and GB and he choose GB because he wants to play with a winning organization, so when Players want to play there, something is brewing. It was like that in the mid late 90s,not so much after that for a while but it seems to be moving that way again and with this young team and being in contention for the next few years,it should or we should benefit from this.
