I think it's a shame that Coach Del Rio is going to be saddled with V.P, Harris' social engineering. Who knows how good, or bad, a football team the Jaguars could have been were decisions made on the skill of the individual players? Throwing Mark Brunell under the bus a few minutes after drafting Leftwich made absolutely no sense to me but I had to think the folks in the nice offices at the stadium were astute judges of football talent and knew what they were doing. Boy was I in for a rude awakening! But... at least V.P. Harris was able to answer quarterback criticism with "Yeah, but we have 3 black quarterbacks." <Sigh> If only that had been true.

Hey Jack Del Rio, you might want to give
a closer look at Matt Jones, the former Arkansas quarterback. He has a great understanding of how to get out of the way of a rush, and has a tremendious arm.

That back up QB was hard to watch last night. Why in God's name did they let Leftwich go? What the H were they thinking??? Why the empty section of seats in the endzone? Why is half the upper deck tarped off? You telling me they can't fill that stadium????? The proves that Tagliabue made a mistake by giving Jax the expansion team and not Baltimore or St. Louis back in '94.
