Bryant should go where the money is . He's proven his ablity on the field not only with the steelers, but also with the seminoles. He also has two rings to show it. This is one great lockdown defenders of the game.Good luck in whatever you choose to do. B-MAC.

hes maybe a slightly above average player at best, but will get paid like a superstar simply because he'll be one of the best available this year. we'd better not break the bank for him. give the bank to T.J. if anybody.

Why break the bank for TJ? We got a great WR that can go late 1st or early 2nd in Heyward-Bey.

T.J., O.J., it does not matter. My Dolphins will not make the Super Bowl anyway.

The Raiders are proof positive that we don't want to sign someone off of a Superbowl winning team. Just say no! He'll be overpaid no doubt. How did overpaying players work out for the jets last yr?

McFad is servicable at the very most, his numbers through the years show he's no lockdown DB,but a system player.
No better than what we have now.

You are correct. No need to add yet another loser to the Dolphins roster of underachievers (see one and done playoff game).

He's better than you guys seem to think he is. His numbers have more to do with him not getting a lot of playing time behind Taylor and Townshend. An injury messed up what would have been a breakout year, but whoever gets him now is going to see that breakout. I hope you don't get him, though--I'd rather see him in the NFC so we rarely have to play against him.

I don't think he is returning Rex, he's a damn good corner and good corners get snatched up in FA.

Yes, I've accepted that fact and moved on. I'm excited to see what William Gay can do with more playing time, and maybe even that project Roy Lewis that they had on the PS all last season. We'll probably need to draft someone, too.

They seemed to have accomplished the same as the Dolphins...no Super Bowl trophy...again.

It can skew the thinking of GMs. I thank god that the Steelers never succeeded in signing Larry Brown from the Cowboys, the only player in SB history to win MVP for being grossly out of position two times. With McFadden, though, I think you'd be getting a genuinely good player. I believe whoever signs him is going to be glad they did.

The Ravens could use him ...
Would like to see anyone besides Walker in there.
Put Rolle in nickel ... if he'd take a pay cut.

I remember when McFadden was said like a 4-letter word his first year in Pit. Playing safety at FSU didn't prepare him well for the receivers that burned him crispy in '05. The Steelers pass def was the main reason they dropped 5 en route to that superbowl. Then a one and done next season. But over the last 2 years I think he has become a lock-down corner. Townsend got beat out by McFadden. He might even get better than Ike Taylor in short order. He has career momentum that another team is going to appreciate. The Steeler's pass defense ranked 2 in the NFL last year...Mark my words, Bryant will move on and line up on top receivers every week and progress his career. He's in his prime now, in a contract year. BoomStick-William Gay will step up in Pittsburgh, and McFadden's gonna be cashing big money checks from a team he's hurt in the past. I say he stays AFC and probably goes Ravens. Just a thought.

Rolle will not take a pay cut. He needs the cash flow for his wheel chair maintenance.
