Jets head coach Eric Mangini, sometimes called "Man-genius" for his absolute command of all aspects of the game, appeared puzzled when reporters asked him about the "Wildcat" plays. "You mean, they can hike it to someone else?" he asked. "There's only s'posed to be one quarterback... that's not fair." Mangini, who looked like a tourist lost in a Belgian town as he stood on the sidelines during last Sunday's game, also wondered out loud how the Raiders could get away with using three running backs all at once. He asked his assistant coaches to answer additional questions. "I need to go do some genius stuff," he explained.
