I like how everyone is doubting Croyle. You guys did the same thing to Larry Johnson.
Then Larry got a start and had huge numbers. Next thing I know, all of you guys hatin him now love him. I see no reason why thats not going to happen with Brodie. I think Brodie should have started his rookie year when we still had a decent O-Line. Too bad when he finally gets a start hes put in a possition full of fail.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither have Superbowl teams.

You guys aren't Chiefs fans at all, because if you were, you would know what the piss is going on. Stop with the Hatorade commercials please. Herm is doin a fantastic job.

GOOD heart Macbeth! The only problem is you have no idea what you are talking about. People didn't hate on Larry. He was behind one of the best backs in the league when he was drafted. When he finally got his chance to play, the majority of fans wanted him to carry the load over Priest. So don't compare your boy Brodie to Larry, because they are not even close to being in the same league. You think Brodie should have started his rookie year? The year Huard had 11 tds and 1 pick in 7 games?? The year we went to the playoffs?? Why would anyone start a 3rd round QB as a rookie, exceptionally when they have a chance of going to the playoffs?? Just because he wears a Chiefs jersey does not mean he will be good. True Chiefs fans are smart enough to realize when something is wrong. "Herm is doing a fantastic job?" he is 14 and 19 as the head coach! You might not be drinkin Hatorade, but you are definitely drinking to much of something.

He's got nothing that stands out in his game. Arm? Legs? Head? I'm still mystified why he was taken when he was. Watched his combine workout along with his college career and can't say I'm surprised. Serviceable is as good as it gets.

Well being a long time KC fan and and a die hard Bama fan I got the best of both worlds when KC drafted Brodie. At times I thought thy made a very bad mve taken him in the 3rd Rd. Then I sit and think what would happen if he did have a O-lie to play behind. That question may go unanswered. Our running game was bad last year and Larry and other RB are not to blame we have had a great running game in the last few years. So I think KC should get a better O-line cause no matter what RB or QB you have if O-line is bad as ours they are not going to be good. Some wll give an example of other QB's that make it with not good O-line and thos QB and moble ones that may be able to get out of the pocket quick and run and hat is not what we have and will not have if they choose RYAN.

Your right, he would play better with an improved O-line. Give any QB all day to throw and they can be successful. The point though- is he a franchise QB. Is he gonna make plays now and then the just make you say WOW! Pay that dude 100 million! I can't remember any play or highlight in college where you could say: There's are franchise right there. There's the guy that's gonna lead us back to the Superbowl. He falls into that huge group below the bottom 10-12. He needs good protection, good rec.'s, great running game and THEN he will make the plays. How many of those type of QB's have a superbowl ring?

Give the kid a chance. We all know that the Chiefs are in deep trouble and won't have winning record for along time. I just hope and pray that King Carl and Herm knows what they're doing. But I'm afraid that they are clueless.
