Herm says Huard's going to start, is that the same as Herm saying he plans on losing? Herm + Huard = losing.

I don't think it's so much Herm+Huard, it's more just running the ball=losing. I don't care how good Johnson is at running, he needs the line to create a hole for him, and he needs some kind of pass deception to fool the defense.

If they know Johnson is going to run the ball, because he's in the backfield, he's eventually going to be stopped for a loss on every play. All the defense will have to practice for is stopping Johnson.

You have to pass when he's in the backfield so they don't know he's getting the ball. Huard can pass the ball, if the receivers can catch it. Herm just doesn't like a passing gameplan.

I don't like either as the sole reason your offense is there. You must have both to keep the defense off guard as to what you're running next.
