Ahhhh you know there is one team that 100% owned by the city of Green Bay, WI right ? So that is not private.
As for all the playgrounds paid for by the public at the request of ownership, we need to keep them working to create revenue to help pay for them. So that is not private.
As for gov having to step in, well you just don't get it anyway.
