He does impress in PRACTICE. He will impress in the pre season too against basic defense's and scrubs fighting to make the 53 man roster. Then the regular season starts and 4th qtr failures follow.

As far as the offensive line goes, they're practicing against one helluva defense. It took McKinnie awhile to get his $h!t together. I attribute alot of that from practicing against Jared Allen. Loadhouse will get better.

30 yards is a Hail Mary? 30 yard passes by NFL QB's don't need a prayer to be completed.

IMO, the OL has always been overrated on this team. All we hear every year is how great they are, but our QB's are usually under constant pressure. They run block pretty well, but have been the pits in pass protection for a number of years now.

10-4 on that Purple. I've said it before and I'll say it again;
Sage Rosenfels will surprise a lot of people this season. In the last 2 days at camp, he has gotten consistently better and way more comfortable with his receivers, especially Berrian. The added snaps he's gotten since Jackson was hurt, have really help.
Look for him to take us deep into the playoffs, if not all the way.

I know. Sadly, I agree with you. The individual players are more talented than the line itself. It's not "horrible", just not all that great. It could be improved fairly quick though.

IDK how far he could lead a good offense. Nobody does.- He never has! Rosenfels has always been a #2 behind a "brand-name" QB. The only time in his career that he had one decent receiver, the line sort of s*u*c*k*ed as-s. I don't know how far that I'd go on praising him yet, but I'm more than alittle curious how he'll do. One thing's for sure: He's definately not behind a "brand-name" QB now.

Yeah, really! A 30 yard pass into coverage is more like a F/Uwe throw, I always thought.

You're right. Rosenfels will have no excuses if he stinks it up. He'll have a good/decent O-line with a fantastic group of offensive weapons.

It's going to be interesting to see how he performs.

A "deep" 30 yard "hail mary" that the receiver made a high leap to catch and then mention of two interceptions...oh boy, he sure does impress. Sounds a lot like his 6 games last year 6 TDs and 10 INTs.

30 yard "hail marry" is good for Sage standards. It ranks right up there with his 15 yard "Bomb" pass. Any clips of hishelicopter BS yet from camp? I am looking forward to those.
