are you daft? he was going 20 m mph over the speed limit..reaked of alcohol and just said thats all he had to drink..how many times have you heard a drunk driver answer when a cop asks them if they have been drinking.."just a couple"..its the standard answer. lets wait and see what his BAC was....just because he is a thuguar doesnt mean he should be above the law. if he had ran into your family member and killed them drunk, i would hope you would think different then.
