I was hoping to find ATown Brown on here already talking about the Eagles winning the whole thing. To be honest as a Giant fan I did not want to see Philly again this year. Strange things happen when you play Philly and not all of it can be explained by a dominant performance. I was not impressed by the Vikes win. Basically you are looking at two plays that turned the game around. The int for a td and after you hold Westbrook to nothing all game, mid way through the fourth quarter you let him go for 72 yards. Then to come back and fumble the ball back to Philly is inexcusable. The Vikes didn't deserve to win the game. You can not give a team like Philly with all those vets any more chances to hurt you and that’s what the Vikes did. It will take a combined effort by the Giants to beat Philly. In my opinion the Giants are a more balanced team and can control the clock but you never know what team will come out to play Philly. Hopefully there is enough heart on that squad to hand Philly their buts. IF not then I'll be here on Monday taking my lumps.

Thanks for the history lesson. Unfortunately, it really has no bearing on Sunday.

Oh, and a few convenient omissions, like the three NFL championships prior to the Super Bowl era. Typically I wouldn't go into ancient history, but hey, you brought it up.

What's your point?
The "history" of the Phillies is even worse. Who are the 2008 World Champions?
Please tell me how anyone can live in the past when it comes to sports.
The last time I checked, NOW is all that matters.
The Giants won it all last year. Good for them and their fans.
Do the Giants win it every year?
Your comment is so pointless that it is almost foolish...Ah, forget trying to be nice...It IS foolish.

Philly fans always complain about Giants fans "living in the past". I guess when you have no memories from winning a Super Bowl, the past is a little bit of a sore subject. And as for the Phillies, yes, they won the World Series, but it's football season. Stop living in the past.

Don't forget the Phillies got sswept out of the playoffs last year by the ROCKIES. What a joke. The Philly fans should be on permanent shut-up mode for that one
