I don't think trading a draft pick for any QB is a good idea. Sign a veteran free agent QB or an undrafted QB, sure. Signing an undrafted QB gives you a year to groom him to compete for a starting job. Pat Devlin and Tolzien come to mind.

12 QB's drafted rounds 1-7 and the Dolphins think they can find a leftover rookie gem...no wonder why they stink
