David: Why would this surprise us? We've been fed B.S. for so long we don't know what to believe. Lloyd needs to be out there on Lambeau Field, and if Kyle can't run, can some of the big dudes just prop him up to throw? I can't handle another "Sunday in the Park" with Rex. GO BEARS! BEAT THE PACK!

Here's a quote from the above article I disagree with:

"The guy has the ability to make big catches against defensive backs not every Bears receiver can make."

The fact is LLoyd has the ability to make big catches NO Bear receiver can make.

It was a real shame he didn't play last week, he could be a real difference maker once Orton returns.

If this is true, it demonstrates a lack of commitment - by the Bears organization to WINNING. But this is par for the course is it not? The offense has been far better than ANYONE expected - although the coaching staff says they were happy going into training camp with 2 rookie starters on offense (1 got hurt) and 2 has-been receivers after losing their best and arguably their second best receiver. Oh yeah, they were counting on Mark Bradley and Hester. Somehow, despite the organization's indifference, the offense is good. Let's turn to the strength of the team - defense. Huh, what was that; the DEFENSE is bad; but I hear the coaching staff and the players saying they are good, a little execution here or there from being a Super Bowl defense. Sure, Koolaid anyone?

The purpose of my rant is what is the purpose of the organization? Is it to win games, get in the playoffs, and ultimately win a Super Bowl? If so, how does keeping Loyd out of the game bring about this result. How does the myriad of other questionable decisions bring about that result?

Haugh, you're surprised? This is Club Lovie, welcome aboard!

We don't surround ourselves with a good coaching staff, only our good personal friends who do whatever we say!

We don't play our best players, just those who make a lot of $$$ and are personal friends of Coach Loser Smith.

And we don't play to win, we play "not to lose." Whatever the fcuk that means.

How about this - Forte takes direct snaps vs. the Packers with the option to hand off to Wolfe. Does two important things: plays on Green Bay's 28th ranked rush defense and removes Grossman from the game(if Orton doesn't play that is).

really sick of this Bear regime. There's not much I like about Smith anymore especially his attitude about giving out any kind of information about anything. Right behind that is player talent evaluation...THERE IS NONE......Get out of town

We could have had Jerry Rice in his prime Sunday and Useless Rex would still have overthrown/thrown behind him! If Kyle had been in there Lloyd would have been, too. If Kyle can't go this week, I sure hope they're getting Caleb ready!

This is getting to be a nightmare in Chicago, Lovie is really screwing this season up! Hes not attacking any teams with the defense and not letting the QB's air it out! Come on lets get real The only Guy who really knows whats going on is Ron the man Turner if Lovie would let him call the game he wanted
Look what he did with Kyle

I have never care for Lovie Smith as our head coach. During those years as defensive coordinator for the St Louis Rams. His defense wasn't all that great! The Rams were winning thanks to the awesome offense. It is time to send Lovie to where he came from....

Bradley had 9 catches for the Chiefs and Cedric had 104 yards for the Bengals. The LIONS had Orton figured out and were beating him. The Bears have the reverse Midas Touch. If you're going to be good in Chicago you have to rise above that, so let's get started to see about Hanie.

Bears lost before the game started against the Titans. Sitting Lloyd was the smart move. Why get allow him to re-injure himself for a losing cause when he probably wasn't 100%?

What does it say about the Bears Organization and the way it prepared the team for this year that we're talking about this knucklehead (Lloyd) as our great savior?

It was clear we were going to have minor league receivers this year. The Bears just didn't spend the money.

I'd like to see a report of where the Bears finally ended up against the salary cap for the year. Do we - once again - have a bunch of money that could have been used, but instead went into ownerships pocket?

I would have liked to see Lloyd out there last Sunday, but let's be honest Lovie was playing it safe and getting ready for the Pack this week. I don't agree with it at all, but if the Bears can get Orton and Lloyd back and beat the Pack all this could've, should've, would've will disappear!!!
