Giants' Bradshaw back in jail until March

Ahmad Bradshaw is back in Virginia jail, serving the remainder of a 60-day sentence imposed by the Juvenile Court in Tazewell Country, Va.

He's being substantially penalized for a misdemeanor as a minor and a petty theft in college. He's been clean since. Maybe focus on the much more severe crimes of several current felons populating the NFL. Bradshaw has and is paying his dues, and has done nothing legally wrong in his pro career. What else do you expect at this point?

And check his contract. He hasn't made close to millions.

With State and Federal deficits the way they are, Bradshaw should at most be doing home detention. Same with Plax if convicted.

Right when our country is on the verge of bankruptcy, the state continues business as usual. Insanity is when you repeat something and expect different results. Watch what happens when our economy starts to crumble, then states start cutting down on services.

The real problems from underage drinking and crime comes from youth living in the inner city, which cops don't like going into because they fear of being attacked, so instead they waste resources on the bourgeoise middle class of america.

Did he steal a Playstation 2 or 3? I'm surprised the beat writers at Newsday did not provide such important information. He made mistake, there are others who have destroyed people's lives and they won't see the inside of a jail or prison.

I agree, the kid who crash his car and killed 3 only got 30 days.
