Does the Brady Quinn Trade Hurt Jimmy Clausen's NFL Draft Stock?

There are 8 comments on the Bleacher Report story from Mar 22, 2010, titled Does the Brady Quinn Trade Hurt Jimmy Clausen's NFL Draft Stock?. In it, Bleacher Report reports that:

Five short years ago, the football world kissed the ground that Charlie Weis walked on, tossed rose petals at his feet and marveled at the fact that he was the offensive mind that built Tom Brady into part-human, part-machine, all quarterback legend as the New England Patriots brought home three Super Bowl rings.

Clausen sucks. I don't want him in Cleveland no matter when he's available. Weis is a terrible coach too.

I still dont see how this clown passed for 3722 yards - 28 TDs with only 4 INT's last year

Bet the loser Chiefs and Charlie Weis pick him up in a later round

Absolutely he will. Just like Butch Davis drafted all his players even though they sucked. I give Weis two years until he's fired from the Chiefs.

lol. They will make Weis the football czar for the Raiders like Holmgren is in Cleveland. Then Weis will run the Raiders further into the ground.

Tony Pike is an option. I would say he's more of an option because he's not one of the major guys everyone is talking about. He's still up there though so who knows. I just think (or hope) that Holmgren has more up his sleeve than to buy into a bunch of hype about a player. If he's getting paid this much, he sure as heck knows how to pick out a QB.
