But they're tied in the number that counts since the Ravens began play - Super Bowl wins.
And the Ravens didn't need an "assist" from the refs to win theirs.
You are wrong, boyo.

Years that Pitt won the Superbowl: 1975, 1976, 1979, 1980, 2006

Years that Baltimore won the Superbowl: 2001

Per NFL.com

As to your "assists" comment: again you are wrong. They're a good team so just get over yourself.
Now, if you're trying to claim Cleveland's games, you better think again.
"The Baltimore Ravens came into existence after a flurry of legal activity that was triggered when Art Modell, then-owner of the Cleveland Browns, announced his intention in 1995 to relocate the team from Cleveland to Baltimore. This controversy ended when representatives of Cleveland and the NFL reached a settlement on February 8, 1996. It stipulated that the Browns' name, colors, and history of the franchise were to remain in Cleveland, including past records and the attribution of its Pro Football Hall of Fame players. A reactivated Cleveland Browns team would then begin play in 1999, while Modell's relocated club would technically and legally be a "new franchise", and an expansion team.[1]"

You can't claim their wins due to an NFL agreement, even though they have yet to win a Superbowl (or even go).

Pittsburgh is a decent team with a good following (most of which are loyal and don't switch teams if Pitt is losing.) They're so good that they don't even need cheerleaders. Just leave them alone and focus on your team.-from a 4th generation fan.

I was replying to this from Josh:

"Division championships:
Baltimore - 2
Pittsburgh - 17 (5 since the Ravens first season in '96)

Chalk up #6 this year and you've got it...6 championships in 12 years...50% compared to 2 in 12 years 16%"

He clearly started his comparison in 1996, when the Ravens (a new franchise by your own post above) came into the league.

My point was that in the time period of his comparison, they are tied in Super Bowl wins.

Ravens won 34-7.

Stealers won 21-10.

Now to the assists:

1. Ben's Phantom touchdown before the half.
2. Seahawks TD called back on Phantom offensive pass interference.
3. Seahawks 1st down at the Pitt 1 nullified by a Phantom holding penalty.

Maybe they should be renamed the Pittsburgh Phantoms, LOL.
