Sure, QB's important. But take a 6-10 team like GB for example: Takes more than a QB.

Why is it so hard for the Vikings to get Michael Vick? Why reinstate M. Vick to the NFL if all the teams want to cast a stone on him? If we don't forgive, then why let him play?

The 1 thing that has aggravated me was Gus Ferrote got injured last year, they brought in Jackson & while he won the last 2 games Gus went 8-3 to get Minnesota in position to win the North & last I checked “You can’t lose your job to Injury” so Gus gets Injured then never gets to play another snap for Minnesota I know he is 39, but he still went 8-3 & that speaks for itself! Interceptions are going to happen it’s the NFL plus we need someone who is comfortable in the pocket which Gus was. Jackson should have been the 1 cut back in February not Gus & he could have mentored Rosenfels & Booty!!!!
ok i agree u shouldn't lose your job to injury but um Gus was awful, his record is inflated by the defense crushing other teams and by shiancoe learning how to catch and two wins agianst the lions in which he still almost lost. Jackson could have been 2-0 had the special teams not been terrible and shiancoe dropping a touchdown. And mentoring Sage and Booty, sorry sage already knows how to throw picks and crumble under pressure (and dont say he doesn't, he blew a 10 point lead in 4 minutes against the colts. To accomplish that is still beyond me.) Jackson should get the nod to be starter, asides for the playoff game (first playoff game for him, all experts say its rough and second Childress left him out to dry in that game, horrible game plan and in-game adjustments.) he was an amazing quarterback, 8 tds to 1 int speaks for itself.

all we need is someone who can manage a game and not create turnovers. favre would have been nice because he still has gas in the tank(a low grade of 90 octane, but still flamable), but as long as cayenne, wait nutmeg, wait sage can make throws when receivers are open(which with the talent we have should NOT be a problem) then everything should be ok. one thing i really, REALLY don't like is that there's always talk of winning the division, like that's the goal. who the he// cares about winning that? i want the ring, and i want it yester1998. come on guys, we have the talent on defense, and the offense to make the strongest push in a league that's as open as t.o.'s mouth. go vikes!!

Injury shminzury...you keep your job by performance. It was obvious that Gus was not playing at a high level and did everything he could to try to lose games in which the defense was dominating.. He almost lost the Packers game by throwing interceptions for touchdowns that offset the great play by the defense. Jackson has a lot of talent and we will see it rise to the surface this year when he is around so many play makers on offense. Also, he got no help from the week side of the offensive line and Birk missing blocks all day long. I believe he is going to have a great year and will win lots of games.

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Capricorn

With dark Pluto under pressure in your sign, this rather grave mood has been colored by the current state of a relationship. It isn't going as well as you would like, probably because you're feeling distanced. It's an inward-looking phase, full of obstructions, but best not to worry about things that might never happen, nor to stew about problems that are little more than ancient history. It's the festive season, so raise the cup of kindness and help those less fortunate than yourself.
