Drafting in the NFL is a lot like investing on Wall Street. No matter how extensive the research, there's no telling what will happen once the money is plunked down for a Terry Bradshaw or Lawrence Taylor.

Marvin Harrison was a nice pick at 19, but Randall McDaniel would have been a better one. Harrison made 8 probowls and is 2nd all time in receiving. McDaniel STARTED 12 probowls in a row, missing only his rookie season and his final season. Harrison made first team ALL-PRO six times, McDaniel nine.

While it is irrelevant to this article, Harrison since retiring has been implicated in a fatal shooting. McDaniel teaches kids.

My vote: McDaniel. Arguably, with Bruce Matthews and John Hannah, the best interior offensive lineman since the NFL-AFL merger.

Moss should be the pick instead of Swann. Franco Harris over Kellen Winslow. You can't say Swann deserves over Moss because of the Super Bowls and then put Winslow ahead of Harris.

Fracas is spot on on McDanial as well. I guess that makes us both "homers."

Bradshaw over Elway, Manning? Uh, no.

There are quarterbacks who are considered great because they played on great teams, and then there are quarterbacks who were great, and whose play made their teams good or great.

Bradshaw was a good QB, but if Archie Manning had been drafted by Pittsburgh and Bradshaw by New Olreans, Archie would have four Super Bowl rings, and Bradshaw would be an afterthought. If Bradshaw isn't playing with all those Hall of Famers on his team, he's not in the HOF today.

Elway and Manning were/are better.

I'm shocked that Dimitrius Underwood isn't somewhere on the list; man, that Denny Green was a freaking genius. (Just ask him - he'll tell you.)
