I have been a Raider fan for about 34 years and this is the first time I can remember seeing a team quit before the game begins. The Raiders must stay focus on every play and the coaches must call the plays that best fit the Raiders' personnel. Right now every team that plays the Raiders feels all they have to do is play the Raiders down for down for 30 mins, and the Raiders will give them the game before its over.
I know that professional football players make a lot of money while taking a lot of risks, but please stop giving your opponents games. Make them earn it. If you lose because the other team is better so be it, but I say this to every Oakland Raider player, if you are going to lose a game then lose with RESPECT AND CLASS, but if you want to win, study your opponents weakness and trends. Become students of the game (Stay in the film room).
If you play Payton Manning he will pick you apart because he is a student of the game. If everyone can toss a football 80 yards, then what can you do to make yourself better? Become students of the game of football. Learn what your opponent wants to do and how they play. Be flexible and change to win. Finish the game. Know your opponents.
Watch the game of Racquetball. Every pro has a killer backhand, but the difference between one pro and the other comes down to knowing your opponent and staying focus.
