Players uneasy knowing roster cuts loom -

He leads the Ravens in tackles this preseason, has some of the quickest feet among the team's linebackers and is one of the top backups.

I think it would absolutely be in this team's best interest to keep Haley, Stills, Barnes, Burgess AND Jones. These are all young, extremely talented guys. Stills may be older than the rest, but he's still got enough years in him to be a bigger player than he has been. These guys can all perform on special team, where they're needed, as well as being the future face of this defense when some of the vets start retiring. Having a strong LB/DE core is what is going to keep this defense dominant for years to come. There is a reason we had 29 INTs last season....and I think with more intensity and more focus EVERY GAME, we could come away with even more this year. I think the one key for this season, besides our offense being able to earlier and more often, is our defense needs to score more as well. In year's past, they won games a lot of times by scoring. They were certainly more dominant, but didn't score as much last season. We need to see more scoring on both sides of the ball.....if we can do that, we're winning a Super Bowl.
