Johnnie Lee Higgins has been one of the players that had been considered an "Al Davis guy" meaning that he had speed, but limited football skills.

He's got a good chance as long as we are thin at the WR position. As long as they continue to develop him, I think he will be effective. I really hope I can look back on the 2007 draft and say "This was one of our best drafts ever with Jamarcus Russell, Michael Bush, Zach Miller, & Johnnie Lee Higgins on the highlight reals, Plus Jay Richardson and Mario Henderson on the lines."
