I bet the win today moves the team up in the rankings. It just took nine games to finally get a running game against a 1-8 second tier team. I guess you can't ask for much when you have a second tier coaching staff. Let's all set back and watch this team blow a chance to go to Atlanta and get beaten like they stole something by LSU. They won't show up in two of the next three games. Bet on it! The odds are better than playing the lottery. Phil was as happy as a mule eating brairs on the post game interview. Just think how he would sound if they ever beat a rival like say Florida or Bama. I guess the win today gets Phil another undeserved raise and contract extension. The rest of the world goes through changes, but not at UT. SSDD

The defense STILL can't stop anybody. They better hope South Carolina hurts both Mcfadden and Jones. They both will have over 100 yards next week.

This team was paid to come to Knoxville and play. This happens all the time. So of course for their homecoming game they are going to have a team come in they know they can beat.

But hey a win is a win - GO VOLS!!

I only have one question, How is it that with all you Brilliant coaches on these forums, that Hamilton is not beating your doors down? You all seem to have all the answers to all of the Vols problems, I cant imagine why your not on the sideline every Sat. Granted this team is not as good as we have grown accustomed to & the defense is the worst in recent memory, but there is no reason to jump ship & trash the program. I hope we win out, we can, but we have to play better ball to do it, but either way they are STILL my Vols. GO BIG ORANGE

Yup, they sure did run that score up. Now I'd like to see what the same ones that ripped me to shreds about the Gator game with said statements that the VOLS would NEVER run up a score like that say now.
But like I pointed out in that game. Sometimes spreads do count in the end.

Well put. D.McFadden had 323yrds and jones was over 100 I think against SC. Can you imagine how many they will get against us? That was against a team that shut us out in the second half!

Wake up Alice in Wonderland! McFadden- 323 yds, Jones 163 yds against SC! That is the same defense that basically shut us down in the second half of our game with them. If you think Fla. and Ala, and Cal were ugly losses just wait until saturday. Oh, I almost forgot. Congrats to the Vols great win against the Boys Club yesterday. I knew all the hard work would pay off.

What you need to be embarrassed about is that you are a high school dropout living in a trailer with only 7 teeth in your mouth. You don't need to worry about the Vols. By the way Einstein, would you have liked to see the Vols take a knee 3 times and punt so as not to run the score up??? Ainge only threw for 125 yards..the rest of the offense was running plays! So put down the crack pipe and post about things that you know something about, which is probably not that many things! IDIOT!!
