Titans 6-10? Sporting News thinks so

For a team that finished 10-6 last year with a playoff birth, the Titans seem to consistently get the short end of the stick when it comes to prognosticators.

6-10? 6-10? 6-10? i am so sick of every one saying taht we are going have a losin record. every one is saying we're going to be 7-9 or 6-10 or 5-11 or 4-12 or 3-13 and you know the the other 3 records. No one takes us seriously. i know we lost in the playoffs in 2007, but so did the Steelers, Redskins, Bucs, Jaguars, Colts, Seahawks, Packers, Chargers, and the Cowboys who haven't won a palyoff game in 8 or 9 yrs. But in 2008 we will suprise every one with a superb record of 15-1, 14-2, 13-3, or 12-4.

Anything over 8 wins is wishful thinking on the part of the Titans:

Lame receivers, lame play calling, Vince Young looking lost behind center, Fisher's cheesy mustache, Justin McCareins - sucks, Justin Gage - sucks, Lendale White - Bettis wanna be cheese burger eating lard butt...face it I think 6-10 is being generous.

9-7 seems like a realistic record, unless 'Dinger can really open up the offense a little bit.... Our D is too good to be a 6-10 team, and VY can only get better after last season.....

The Titans are the best team, not only in the AFC, but i think in the NFL! If you look at everything the Giants are dealing with off the field, i think it will end up being a distraction and i think the Titans being as focused as they are, will prevail over all teams that stand in their way! Plus if you look at our one loss, it's to a play off team, the Giants is to a team that the Titans will run all over this Sunday, the sorry Browns, how pathetic is the Giants to lose to them! If im goin to lose to a team, id rather lose to Brett Favre than Derek Anderson!

I told people Titans were the best team in the NFL! The Giants go down again to a hit and miss Philly Eagles team who cant make up their mind which direction they want to go in the future with their quarterback, and we go out and beat the team that gave the Giants their first loss. The Steelers/Cowboys game is important and im torn on it. If the Steelers lose, all we have to do is beat the Texans and we lock up home field advantage even if we lose the last two games, but ive heard if the Cowboys lose, then they are probably goin to miss the playoffs this year, and any year the Cowboys have a bad year, it's a good year. I do know even next two weeks, the Steelers have a tough schedule with the Ravens next week and the Titans after that, but it'd be great to be able to lock up home field advantage across the board. Titans will be the 2008 Superbowl champs and i look forward to the parade here in Nashville!
