It's the play design more than the play calling. Hooks, curls and cstching the football while standing still with our backs to the defense. We rarely throw crossing patterns to guys on the run. Nothing between the LBs and safeties. Billick can stay - but we need an offensive coorindator and his offense - not Bilick's.

Coaching is horrible - need to instill discipline. All that stupid preening on defense after a tackle. What's with that?? Shut up, get back in the huddle and do your job.

It's all about the 2008 NFL Draft at this point. Ravens, if they continue their ways, will have the 6th to 10th overall pick. They will easily have their pick of a corner, either in the first or second round. And they may have their pick of a QB!

How long will Baltimore allow Billick to do this to the city and the team? And I don't want to hear any more apologist for Billick anymore. He may not be making these bone headed mistakes but he is responsible for making sure this team is prepared each game.

Lets just face it,this team is not very good, the defense is obviously not what it once was and the offense has absolutely no impact players at any position.I watched them in the pre-season and knew they were not very good so I am not suprised at all that they are 4-7.I am suprised in the coaching and just how unprepaired they look week after week.I dont think anyone who has been a Ravens fan since Brian Billick has been here is suprised we are struggling on offense, its always been that way.I think the play calling has been horrible at times but when you are loosing things like that are magnafied 10X and when your winning its not as noticible.I always liked Brian Billick but I think it is time for a change. I dont care if he just signed a contract or how much money they are paying him I firmly believe that at the end of this season if the owner/front office feels there is need for change I think it will happen.Theres one thing for sure that all of us fans know, when this team makes decisions,draft/personel ect, they uaually turn out to be good ones,.....unlike another pro team in this town.I think we all know its time to look towards next year,so lets hope the team makes some good decisions and makes our Sundays a little more enjoyable.

I was surprised in the first quarter when the team actually looked coached up and ready to play. It was short lived though as this team has given up on Billick. It is obvious that they think they need a new coach......
