Apparently the Ravens are playing for next season because they sure aren't playing this year. Billick must go.

Here's a coach who last year fired everybody and kept his job. He's lucky he has been blessed with good players but he can't coach. He had one half good quaterback which he won the super bowl but choose to let him go right after. ITS TIME TO CAN HIM!!!!!!!!!!

If a good coach is defined as one who "gets the most out of the talent that he has", then Billick is a miserable failure!! He's GOT to go! I think we're all sick a tired of this pathetic offense and we're sick and tired of hearing his lame excuses and BS after the games. I like the guy, he's a good motivator and leader, but he's a horrible football strategist. Please Mr. Biscotti, get some new blood in here!!

Play the young guys. Get them experience and ready for next season.

Darling has hands of stone. Of course, that's generally prevalent around the league. It's a watered-down talent pool.

The fact that Baltimore is 4-7 is based in no small way on the fact that expectations were ridiculously high before the season started. Last year's team over-achieved.

This franchise needs a franchise QB desperately. A-#1 priority in the offseason.

do i am the only personn who see john ogden completely dominated by merriman? he is supposed to protect the blind side isnt he?

ask mc gahee too when merriman blew him away for loss in the first quarter: ogden miss him again...

time to retire as come...

lets give gaither some reps and playing time experience to prepare the future...

This just in! Billick fires Ryan and will take over the defense. Biscotti endorses billick's plan, to make him earn his money.

There was no pass coverage, but that goes along with no pass rush. Raven blitzers go at half speed, stop when confronted by a blocker, or run into one another. There are times when the Raven blitzers were 3 deep against the same offensive lineman. The linebackers looked old and tired yesterday and Bart Scott looked clueless with absolutely no passion. Raven D needs some new looks as the current blitz packages are not working anymore. Reed runs around all over the field - not exactly sure if he is actually covering anyone. Landry, has he made a play all year? You never hear his name called. This was a collective defensive disaster. They were due thanks to another terrible offensive effort.

I agree with you except for the part about Landry. He's played well and made quite a few tackles. Not hearing his name called is good because he's not getting burnt for big plays. Reed is the big play guy in the secondary. Landry is doing his job. Speaking of Reed though, he should have been assigned to cover Gates. Even if there was communication as to who had Gates it wouldn't matter because you can't cover him with linebackers. Every team knows that. Every team but the Ravens apparently. That's why his numbers have been down and why Rivers and the team have been struggling. Leave it to the Ravens to help the Chargers get things right again.

billick has to go my gripe with him is how he drafted boller and forced him down this teams throat as a high draft pick and made him a starter when he should have watched from the sidelines and went to a veteran qb and i think the team that year had playoff potential and i still think Dilfer was owed another shot to lead this team after the superbowl what it all boils down to it may be simplistic but the problems with this team underachieving all boils down to billick's EGO

As the readers continue to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic and call for change, the focus lies only on Bisciotti, who earned $4.4 billion dollars in the staffing business last year. If his fortune was earned repositioning talent, how can he explain not firing Billick years earlier and then trumping that bonehead move by giving him an extention. As Billick now stands naked and exposed as a fraud, his future should be in politics or reading the evening news. He is simply a self absorbed word merchant. But firing Billick won't get it done. We need to fire Bisciotti and bring professional football back to Baltimore. The fish stinks from the head down.

I do not care who the quarterback is, the receivers need to hang o to the ball. I seen at least six no catches that should have been caught. Kyle Boller would be a great QB IF HIS RECEIVERS DID THIER JOBS!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately it is time to see what the rookie from Ohio can do since our seaon is lost now. WOW 1st to last in one season, unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! But I still love my Ravens!!!!!!!

Mike, I know you guys in the media can't do it but wouldn't it be great if during one of Billick's moronic rants someone would just say, SHUT UP! I still say get Schottenheimer asap. We have to beef up the O-line.

On the Ravens' mid-4th Qtr series from their red zone, in which Boller got sandwiched by 3 Chargers, he was face-masked. Officials blew that call, probably because they weren't in a position to see it. But the replay did.

Regardless, why did Billick, once again, call for pass plays so close to our end zone? To invite disaster. I'm telling ya, they're purposely blowing this season to get good draft picks.

Are you among the 1.3% who voted that the Ravens will finish 9-7?

Are you a Dumbo-crat who voted for O'Malley only to get what you asked for, a massive tax increase?
