Peyton Manning put the Colts on the board with a 25-yard touchdown pass on the opening drive and Indianapolis led the San Diego Chargers 10-7 in the third quarter of their AFC divisional playoff game Sunday. San Diego running back LaDainian Tomlinson limped off the field during the second quarter after injuring his left leg.

The Chargers tied the score 7-7 after Phil Rivers threw a 14-yard pass to Vincent Jackson midway through the second quarter.

Adam Vinatieri kicked a 46-yard field goal later in the second quarter to put the Colts up 10-7. Read more

While it was truly disheartening to watch the Colts stumble against the Chargers, it is only a game. I will support the Colts next year and expect great things from them in the future. We are the WORLD CHAMPIONS for 2006, nothing can change that.

The Colts played a good game. The Chargers played a better game. Even with the phantom holding and pass interference calls, and an injured LT, Gates and Rivers.

Chargers played better and deserved the win. Period.

Oh, and Peyton will be sitting on the couch watching his little sister play next weekend.:)
