Kiffin is excellent at bringing a bunch of players together and making them a team that share their goals and work hard to achieve them; however, Kiffin did make some bad decisions the past two weeks. First not taking a time out toward the end of the Buffalo game. Why not give your team one last chance to score, even if it is only to have Johnny Lee Higgins run back a kickoff? Second, the long field goal attempt by Seabass before the end of the half two days ago. That had a chance for a runback by S.D.
Kiffin will mature and learn to make the correct decisions. Unfortunately it won't be with the Raiders. Of the people Al D. is interviewing, none of them are capable of making any significant change in the win column. Very unfortunate...it's bad for the players, the fans, and the whole Raider organization -- Al is making this team a joke in the NFL. |
