Vikings OT Bryant McKinnie has a score to settle with Bears DE Julius Peppers

Full story: TwinCities.com

Julius Peppers recorded one sack in his matchup with the Vikings last year, but that number doesn't begin to illustrate the pain the now-Chicago Bears defensive end inflicted on quarterback Brett Favre.

Mckinnie will be lucky if Peppers doesn't beat him up and take his lunch money. Can there be a worse 7 million dollar per year left tackle in the league? Mckinnie totally whiffed once last week and just about got Favre killed. The vikes are gonna have to help gluefoot with chipping from the TE or RB. Vikes 27-24

It seems like Kleinsasser has been more involved in the backfield during the last few games. He's still a fantastic blocker. They're really gonna need him against the Bears.

Talk is cheap. Actions speak louder. We want
to see better protection for Favre so that nobody
can take him out from his blind side. In spite
of not getting that protection last week he did
o.k. Everybody and his mother wants to hurt
Favre. Show some respect for your QB. Focus on your position so that doesn't happen.

Well, ox, maybe Mckinnie's ravaged thumb has been repaired, and he is back to his full potential of waving at Peppers as he goes roaring by on his track to destroy Farve..(..)

I have been shouting this from day one..Kleinsasser is more valuable as a blocker to protect Favre, then he is for catching one, or maybe two passes a game....Harvin can pick up those pass plays instead...Protect Favre!!.Also, Childress...bring your team's Long spike/Cleat shoes to Chicago this time..You will need them this go-around...

I hope Klink listens to what you're saying, because you're right on. Except, after chipping Peppers, Kleinsasser can catch a ten to twenty yard pass! SKOL!!

That's why Favre had the success that he had last week. Everyone was wondering why Shianco wasn't getting any catches early in the game and the reason was because they had Kleinsasser helping block on the left side and Shank was on the sideline. Kleinsasser even had a reception!! They better have Jimmy over on that side again if they plan on stopping Peppers and then rotate Shank in and out. How about Favre running, rolling out to his right AND the QB sneak---did somebody give him some of that 5 Hour Energy Drink??? This will be a 2 way street because the Bears have no O-line so the Vikings D better have a good game and come away with some sacks..........

McKinnie Strategy: "Instead of being a revolving door to the right, I can reverse it, & revolve to the left".- That being said, I see the Viking Defense being the biggest factor in the game, & MN winning by 3 or 4 points.- Not "Bad-Mouthing" Chicago, but MN's "D" Line is a helluva lot better than Chicago's "O" Line. Also, Harvin & Peterson are superior players.
