Bring back Bob Schnelker to run the plays. Chilly is about as creative as a bump on a log.

This team is nothing like the 06 Colts. They were disciplined, well-coached, and had a great quarterback. We are undisciplined, terribly coached, and have an old, once-great, fading quarterback.
This team reminds me a lot of the 00, 98, and 87 Vikings...for all the wrong reasons!
It's going to be Phila. vs. SD in the Super Bowl. Get ready for a long offseason.
Well said, The Vikings have never had the discipline to win a Buper Bowl.

Lot's of nattering nabobs.
The reality in today's game is that on any given Sunday, any team can beat any other team. There's huge talent throughout the league. No game can be taken for granted. The 09/10 Vikes have just as much, if not more, talent than most other teams. Lately, they have been making too many mistakes, and seem to be holding back on both offensive and defensive lines. Adjustments are also slow in coming. That has to change. You will know the Vikings are playing with the appropriate intensity when opposition players start to be carted off the field.

After 45 years a Viking fan, Murphy's Law prevails.
How many times I remember, watching the Vikings march into the playoffs, only to be shot down like a kid's balloon with a BB gun. I still remember The KC Chiefs and Hank Stram, the Vikings and Bud Grant. Joe Kapp our QB. We were two TD's favorites to beat KC and lost by almost the same margin. Roger Staubach and the Hail Mary pass. I used to think Murphy's Law was a joke, it's no joke, there is a book entitled the same. It's supposed to be humerous but it's not. Favre say's, this teamis as good or better than the 98 team of the Packers. It may be, but how does the coaching staff compare?
There must be some valid reason we are losing games at the most inopportune times?

I remember 1987.... if it wasn't for Darrin Nelson's dropped catch in the end zone the Vikes would have been playing the Broncos in Super Bowl XXIV

BENCH TYRELL JOHNSON...NOW

I love the Vikes, but for them to have a chance in this years playoff they must Sit Tyrell Johnson at the Saftey position. This guy is a major liability out there. Missed tackles each and every game. Out of position constanstly.

The rookie Jamarca Sansford should be starting. Never misses an opportunity at making an open field tackle. He's an outstanding hitter. What are these coaches waiting for? Start Sanford and Sit Johnson..........NOW!

I would say it is due to not being able to retain our good coaches. IE... Tony Dungy, Brian Billick, and Mike Tomlin to name a few. Whenever we have a breakout year, our good coaches get snagged by other teams.

DFO why bother with your lame comment?
You have your own concerns. Your dbacks suck.
If Woodson (and Harris when he was playing)wasn't allowed to hold on every play he would be getting burned like Bisgby,Bush,Collins,Williams and Bell does. Ben didn't throw for any 503 yards against the Vikes. Just try to make it out of AZ this game counts.
Allanpaige - no this team is nothing like the teams you mentioned nice try though.
