For everything that Ziggy has tried to do to help this team win, Chilly has destroyed it with everything he's done. His weekly play calling is so weak no high school would hire him. He's the most egotistical ass I've ever seen. You could take it from a coach that has WON for years. He's only had one year that he's shown anything special and I think that was in spite of him. Then you have his arrogance with firing a player just before Christmas now he's fired Randy and didn't even try and trade him and almost made his boss pay an extra $3+ million this year. He makes up his mind to do something and he doesn't care who it affects, including his boss. What employee would do something this major (fire Randy) and not even talk to HIS BOSS before doing it? This town hates Chilly and Zingy will NEVER get a new stadium as long as Chilly is the coach. If Ziggy keeps Chilly as coach he better start looking for someone to sell the team to because he'll never get a new stadium with him in charge.

They need to overcome this together, and if they can't swim, Klink needs to be front in center on the dive. I don't like the idea of changing coaches mid season.
