Chilly's desperate. He put in another call to Andy Reid. Here's how it went:

AR: Now what?
BC: Please, Andy, that play with Peterson up the gut stopped working about 20 games ago. I need another play!
AR: Geez, Chilly, I told you not to study Psych. What did it get you? Messed up, that's all! You can't even articulate a simple thought without babbling-on about "stream of consciousness" or other gobbledy-gook. You should have paid more attention in Coaching 101, especially after you flunked it the first 2 times!
BC: I know. I know. You're right. You've always been right.
AR: What about the other play I gave you?
BC: What, the 2-yard dump-off pass?
AR: Yeah, that one. You should maybe run that play, then the other one, over and over. That'll really confound the opposing defenses.(Snickering in background.)
BC: Brilliant, Andy! Thanks. Yeah, that'll work. They don't call me Brad Childress, Master of the Kick-A$$ Offense for no reason!

Stay out of it Chilli, that's why there's an off. and def. co-ordinater,yes we know, you put this team together and you did it very well, but why are you undermining it? The mechanic stays in the garage and the car goes for a ride, it's a helluva car...be a good mechanic...stay in the garage...it's a simple flat tire and you're tearing apart the transmission? I don't get it. Please get back in the garage.

I think it is shaping up to be a game where Minny will underestimate the competition and eeeeeek out the win. They have to win, since it is NOT a Sunday/Monday night game. RIGHT????

So let me get this straight, if the Eagles win, we lose, and the Cards win then we host GB in the first round right?

Yes, that would be correct.

How come all of a sudden, our best players are doing more talking, than playing.

Looks like they have the Clueless Chilly excuse, and
have packed it in.

Same old story for over 30 years.. Our only hope is to move the Vikes out of that loser State!

Can someone explain to me how beating the Giants would automatically give the Vikes the 2 seed? Even if they beat them, if the Eagles beat the Cowboys, both would be 5-1 in their divisions but Philadelphia would end the season with a better conference record than the Vikes. Because they did not go head to head this year, that would indicate to me the Eagles would get the 2 seed just by winning this weekend. Someone please clarify for me. Am I missing something.

IF we don't get pressure on ELI ,he'll smoke that sorry excuse for a secondary, don't the coachs see they can't cover or tackle!!!As long as Farve can match TD'S for TD'S maybe we have a shot...Gooooo Allen,Goooooooo FAVRE...

We have to win against the Giants & the Eagles have to loose to the Cowboys in order for the Vikes to get the 2nd seed. If we win & the Eagles win...Eagles get the 2nd seed. SKOL Vikings!

"although they did lose at home to Philadelphia in the playoffs last season", but who counts on Viking wins in the playoffs anyhow?

9-0 in the dome. Looks like the same as last year good in the dome so-so outdoors in the warm weather and garbage in the cold weather outdoors.
We need to win and Eagles lose to have any shot at the SB..

One game at a time. They have to win this, and it would be nice if the starters didn't have to play the whole game.

How expectations have fallen. Now we're hoping Favre, Chilly, and the gang can get by the playing-for-jack, injury depeted Giants. Welcome to late season Minnesota football.

I'm dreading the possibility of playing Green Bay again. A lot's changed since October...Clay Matthews will destroy our terrible OL and probably force five Favre INTs. Well, here goes nothing...

Now it's time for the biggest traitor in NFL history to add another dark chapter to the NFLs biggest loser, the Minnesota ViQueens.

Finally a post with what I have been thinking all along. Isn't sad when an opposing QB goes back to pass and you just hold your breath!
