Antoine was a missing piece late last year, having him back healthy will be huge. I would like to hear good news about EJ as well, and Cedric too.
And two new O-linemen.......

Let's hope Favre has an offensive line that can protect him next year.

Winfield will come up with another injury so it makes no difference. He got his new contract that he had be whining about all off season, then stubs his toe and misses half the year, the biggest games for Vikings and he is not available and now, he needs NO surgery?..well, yea that is good news but again, well see next year when the rubber meets the road, he'll be back on the sidleines with a groin pull ro some other crap....typical...now he got the big momney so he can coast, play when he wants, a real "team" guy...

With Favre this O will lead the league in total O next year. We need to shore up the RG and FB positions and McKinnie should be playing with a chip on his shoulder the size of Mt Rushmore to prove people wrong (that is a big SHOULD). Winfield is too slow to play safety in our scheme, we need a fast hitter, Winfield would get injured very quickly playing safety, he's 185 lbs. Chad Jones out of LSU would be ideal....size and speed. Mays is too slow, he did not impress the NFL at the Senior Bowl. He does not fit our scheme. Sanford could be the answer anyway at one spot. Dump Leber, I'm tired of watching him drop potential int's and did you see his attempt at a tackle on Pierre Thomas' long screen pass for a TD? Unacceptable for a LB! He is too weak and slow.

No argument here. I'll never forget 12 men in the huddle coming out of a TO.....he should have been (and to this day still)roasted on national TV for that. What a loser!

You got there because of a few calls and our fumbles, not because of anything the saints did. We will be there next year.

true i think that chad jones would be good but i think we should go after his teammate McDaniels the safety in the 1st round and then we should draft a qb maybe tebow becuz i think all the other ones will be gone

He WAS roasted on National TV for that....now the whole country really realizes and understands how inept of a head coach he is...and I bet Zygi is kicking himself in the butt for letting this loser sign an extension....the whole organization is a joke and again, exposed on national TV for what they are..it is embarassing and until he gets canned it will be more of the same....AND if Favre does NOT comeback, well, heaven help this team next year...8-8 at best.....and ALL the blame to him for not drafting and developing an NFL QB for the future....signing retread QBS is NOT the way to go, Favre, of course being the exception. I would love to see him back for another year. One thing I will say is that this season past was one of the most exciting and fun in many many years...I could go for another.... as for TJOKE, see ya bro......

Did you not watch the season up to that game. Leber is a great asset. Any other LB core other than Leber and Greenway would not have been up to the challenge once their mic went down.

I watched every game and counted at least 5 dropped int's and is it any wonder TE's killed us all season down the field. He played okay the past 2 seasons...dropped off this yr. I'll say it again, he is not athletic enough nor strong enough at the point of attack to play that spot in our D. EJ didn't go down until the end of game #12, that is not an excuse.

What spot on our D? Excuse for what? Not sure I understand where you're coming from. Ben's no spring chicken, but he's smart and provides great leadership for guys like Brinkley. And he had one helluva game against Dallas. But don't take my word for it.("He's an unsung guy who provides great leadership for us," Frazier said this week. "He doesn't complain, he doesn't gripe about anything. He just grabs the game plan, chews on it a little bit, and really becomes an extension of myself on the field.") If you're looking for players to cut, I can think of some others who would be better candidates. It's not all about Sports Center highlights, ya know.

I wonder what excuses Winfield will have for being burnt on a regular basis next year. He needs to be moved to S and make CB a top priority in the draft. Either that or sign Kerry Rhodes, bench, trade or release Johnson and let Winfield play in nickel packages only. "Pro-bowler", what a joke.
