Yeah, and that'll happen, like the stock market shoots up overnight, the Palestinans and Isralies forge a peace treaty, the pope becomes a Mormon, and the Cardinals win the Super Bowl...wait! If that happens he'll be a Cardinal for life..dream on.

In an era where it seems that half the sports pages involve athletes with criminal activity of one sort or another it is so refreshing to read a story about an professional athlete such as Fitzgerald. Watching him on TV this past weekend reminded me of Chris Carter and the way he would control his body as he was catching the ball. Yeah it would be nice to see home grown Fitzgerald in purple, but it probably will not happen. His Dad probably wouldn't mind it either.

Larry, keep your head on a swivel....Dawkins will be coming for you! There is no way the Cards will be competitive with the Eagles....game will be decided by halftime and the Cards will be watching the clock as they will not want to take the punishment.

FYI - Larry allegedly assaulted the mother of his child so he may not be quite the poster child for model athletes (you can find the complaint filed by googling it). Again, it's only her allegation, but there were apparently some eyewitnesses to some of the events and it doesn't look that great.

I'd be willing to bet that McNabb is do for one of his famous imploitions.I like the Cards chances.

We should have made a play for him last year. I'd of traded every other pic we had in last years draft just to land the guy. Call me crazy or call me Ditka buts that what I'd have done.

As a woman who has been around professional athletes and their "woman" I have to say that there is probably more to that story than is being reported by CJ and the Phoenix PD. Many of these "ladies" need to be slapped and so do the athletes who continue to be involved with them. Larry Fitz Jr. is an amazing football player. Let's just leave it at that for these pages.

One good thing Denny Green did while coaching the Cardinals -- he drafted Larry Fitzgerald!

Larry Jr. is just coming into his prime and is going to be a treat to watch for seasons to come. Fitzgerald is a playmaker something the Vikes would like to have but Birk and co. would just run him out of town too. Bring back Randy Moss!

Because they beat the hapless Vikings and the Giants (without Plexico)? I didn't think they could beat the Panthers on the road, esp after getting in a hole early. I think they might have an easier time in this game. Number 1) they are home and number 2) Warner is way better than Eli Manning and he has more weapons to play with. Asante "look at me" Samuel better be ready for the two best WRs in the game. That isn't sidney no speed rice out there.

The Cardinals are in the position they are right now thanks to Denny Green. You look at the key players making contributions and they were all brought in by Green.
