Keiaho happy now that he sat out game

Weak-side linebacker Freddy Keiaho didn't like the coaches' call to sit him out last weekend, but he has come to respect it, particularly now that he expects to be back in the starting lineup Sunday at Houston. Full Story

Calm down Freddy. It's a long season, lets not shoot all of your bullets in the first few games.

If he is healthy, there is no reason that Freddy shouldn't go to the pro bowl.
