How sure are folks that Ozzie is as good as many seem to think he is? It seems to me that the Ravens have not been very well prepared to respond to the many changes that they were obviously contemplating going into the season. Seems to me that it is the GM's job to be better prepared for this situation than we have been. In effect we have pretty much an all new offensive team that has not even played together prior to the first game with Pittsburgh. I certainly am not an expert on football but I know something about management and this situation is not an example of good management.
