Denver Broncos vs. Oakland Raiders Preview - KDVR

Before I dive into this week's prediction for the Denver Broncos -Oakland Raiders game, a brief aside.

Really? Wow..you must have not watched the last 2 weeks. Denver could/should easily be 0-2, while the raiders should be 2-0.

[Broncos Will Win]

It's always funny to see Raider fans so hopeful before any game, especially against the Broncos. I read the NFL history between the two teams. The Raiders have only won about 5 games against the Broncos in the past 13+ years.

The last record the Raiders earned was in their most recent Superbowl appearance, where they threw for the most interceptions (6) in a Superbowl. Go Raiders lol

I won't be surprised when Orton outplays Russel, but if you understand the game you also understand that it ain't all about the QB's.

This is a vastly different Denver D, and the Raiders are going to struggle against it. Badly.

Denver should be 0-2? I'll admit that week one was flukey, but good teams often have luck bounce their way. There wasn't anything flukey about the Browns win, though.

Please explain for the class why/how the Broncos should have lost last Sunday.

I actually feel kinda sorry for Raider Nation these days. Kinda. They are really, really bad, and they've been bad for a long time.

Come back about 5:30 Sunday and we'll talk about the worst team in the history of the NFL.

STUPID!(LOL) read more, not just what you want to hear. Sorry my friend, but the Raiders are likely one of the worst sports teams in professional sports. You are living in the past with their history. I am not a broncs fan, but live in Denver. I am not sure who will win the game. I might bive the Raiders that advantage for being at home. The broncs are 2-0, and while they likely should be 1-1, they have dominated 7 of the 8 quarters they have played. They will also get better each week they play in their new systems, as last week showed. I sy whoever has the least turnovers wins

sounds fair! and we do live in our past., and only because it was brought out to me. he wanted stats and he got them. i'm on for sunday. and i also believe the broncos should be 1-1. we played a damn good game vs chargers and lost! we played an awfull game vs the cheffs, and WON! it's early in the year and i'm fair. the afc west looks awful and it's up for grabbs! chargers are suposedc to be the team of the afc west but were exposed by RAIDERS and ravens. good luck to all in the afc west!

Your right.....the Raiders too have dominated at least 6 quarters.....maybe even 7. Both the Broncs and the Raiders just gave up last minute drives to sacrifice a sure victory. I truly don't think either team is a playoff team right now, but youth can turn either organization around. The AFC West is up for grabs. It has gone from being easily the worst division to at least top half.

yeah, i know.(lol) talk about, "remember when" but as a fanatic, you can say i'm living in the past. but very loyal. hopefull and still fighting. our losses are no lie! i thought by now somebody in the afc west would have taken the wins and taken it to the superbowl, but? like we say, the afcwest is up for grabbs! stay cool.
