Yes there are alot of needs. Question is whether the Eagle Staff will be able to obtain the names needed to compete next year, or will the purse strings be pulled to tight to get it done.

You need more than playmakers on this disgrace of a team,.... how about a q-back that doesn't quit and throw-up at critical spots? How about receivers that can catch and do something after the catch? LOSERS!!!

I diagree with the signing of Michael Turner. Turner is ready to become a #1 running back in this league and the demand for him will be high (Tennesse needs a running back too). But everything else I agree upon. Donte' Stallworth is a speedy and excellent Wide Reciever and I always was in question when the Eagles got rid of him and the Eagles never do good with a big shot Wide Reciever and he would free up space for Kevin Curtis to be peformable. We would also need Asante Samuel but the demand for him will be high and the Eagles will have to sacrifice alot to accquire him even though he has said he would enjoy to be a Eagle. We also need a Defensive End and I hope we get a good one through trade instead of free agency due to the money Justin Smith will demand. I think Mark Simoneau career with the Eagles is done. I think we should pursue a trade for Johnathan Vilma and put Omar Gaither back at the weakside linebacker due to the bad play of Chris Gocang.

I agree with this. But I understand Moss will probably resign with the Pats but you have to at least make an offer.

this is very true but the eagles should look to pick up Javon Walker, if not get a wr in the first round. The eagles should release Kearse and D. Howard and look to trade for a de. Also look for Victor Abiamiri to have a monster season. Overall, if the eagles make a few key moves they could get back to superbowl form

The Eagles deffinately need an elite recever to add to our offence, wide recever's Chad Johnson of the Bengals, and Roy Williams of the Lions would both fit the mold. Both recever's are great recevers, and while both of their respected teams have stated that they will not be traded, everyone has a price! And for the right price we could obtain one of these playmaking recevers this offseason.
And as you've seen before when we have a playmaking recever our offense thrives! As it did in 2004 when we acquired Terrel Owens; therefore, picking up one of these two recevers would be the best situation for the eagles

Grow up. The Eagles are a great team and a solid organization. I would certainly like to see them win the super bowl every year, but I understand how hard that is.

This past year was an off year and they were still 8-8. As long as the Eagles are competitive, I'll continue to watch and support them.

Hire a new writer. Turner is going to be a starter some where. Eagles won't pay him starter money to be a backup. Simoneau are you joking?

Simoneau may be a help on special teams but that is it. Why not get a good LB and send one of our weaker younger ones back to spec teams. Makes more sense. Also WE NEED A QUALITY WR. And grab Samuel if you can. You can always make Sheldon a SS for when Dawk hangs it up.

Good info, but where is the real substance at this point? No mention of Gabril Wilson, who by the way just a had a year in Jim Johnson's system or Andre Davis. I think if they can sign Samuel, then they need to take the step and make it happen

why don't you sign randy moss to the eagles? we need a number 1 top of the line reciever...stop signing people for defense. our defense is fine. we arent gonna win games if we don't score points
