CUtler hasn't made it through to complete seasons and 'Starks' is risky?
Well I guess it depends on how you look at it. The running game last year was stronger than the running game that beat the Bears in the NFC Championship game and went on to WIN THE SUPER BOWL! I guess it all depends on how you see it! I don’t think it was the lack of a running game that cost us vs the Giants.
No but if you had a running game I don't think your QB would have been under as much distress. If the QB and receivers could not connect maybe a run game would have kept the packers in it. If you can't get a passing game going and thats all you have you are done.

I'm glad you appreciate info regarding our new Offensive Coordinator. Let me provide the accurate info regarding Tom Clements for you again:
Clements possesses 19 seasons of coaching experience, including 15 in the National Football League. He served as Green Bay’s quarterbacks coach each of the past SIX (6) seasons (2006-11) and was a part of one of the league’s top-10 offenses each year. Prior to coming to Green Bay, Clements served as the Buffalo Bills’ offensive coordinator for two seasons (2004-05).
I'm anxiously waiting for you to thank me.
Eric answered my question, no need for you retype info I didn't need. If you are going that route and knocking Tice...he has a lot more experience than your guy. So he was the Bills coordinator only for a year and then went down to a QB coach?

<quoted text>What is with you and all the hostility? You need to chill or get laid! Of course they fill a position when a coach takes a job elsewhere. I think Tice had a great offense with the vikes as I remember. Sounds like I hit a nerve when asking about your OC going elsewhere.
You are lecturing ME about hostility? That is a good one. Thanks for the laugh! And since the Packers have a good replacement for our OC I'm not concerned at all. Bear fans, on the other hand, need to be concerned that they have ANOTHER new OC and this one was so good(?) the Vikings fired him. The Packers have an experienced cohesive and productive staff as the many years rated in the top 10 offenses indicates. The Bears, on the other hand, need to bring in these relative outsiders that were fired elsewhere. I guess it won't hurt to change it up when a team has an offense that continues to disappoint.

We do agree. If the Packers had performed better in any area it might have made a difference in the Packer/Giants playoff game. I'm certainly hoping the Packers can improve their running game, passing attack, defensive line play, secondary play, linebacker play, offensive line play, special teams play, or even the passing attack. It wouldn't take a whole lot of improvement for the results to have been the same as when the Packers beat the Giants during the regular season game last year.

Your new OC was fired for being ranked 29th offense with the Bills.

Now that he trained with a consistently productive offense and as part of the staff that made that happen, I'm confident he can do the job. Can you say the same for Tice?

In Clements defense packluv , he has a whole lot more to work with in GB.
Id love to see GB rate in the upper 2/3 of the NFL in rushing, which isnt asking a whole lot but a bit better Running game would help in many different segments

yeah, I'm surprised the packers don't care about a running game.

Yeah, the bears should be one of the top offenses in the league this year. WR, Special teams, running game, QB, back-up QB, Tice, Bates, etc. will make this team tops in the division & NFL.
