I would welcome Haynesworth...I like Namdi...but this will change out draft strategy for sure.

Question would be if this really happened who would the raiders take then. A CB or a O-linemen.

So they are asking for Haynesworth, Campbell, and Rogers and the 1st round swap just for Namdi. I know that Namdi is one of the best CB but I don't think he is worth that much. I would trade the 3 redskins for Namdi AND a draft pick from the Raiders(3rd or 4th round).

I hope the Raiders fleece Shanascam and his moron owner Snyder. Shefter is so far up Shanascam's rear Mike has to lower his zipper so Adam can see sunlight.

Hey I say if the Redskins want to trade Haynesworth, Campbell, swap first round picks and another player who cares. It's their team thats why they get paid big money to make decisions like that and if it doesn't go over to well, then it comes down on the GM or owner whoever had the final say but for the Raiders it's kind of a edgy trade. Sure Haynesworth looks nice but he's had some attitude problems which the Raiders need no more of and Campbell is up and down sure numbers look good but on field play doesn't show same results and Rogers hasn't excatly planned out like they would have liked. On the Redskins side they could ask for a fourth round pick or even a third round pick and this could be a very nice trade on their side. They take Nnamdi who has proven himself to be a great cornerback if not the best corner in the league. May I add has proven to be a very durable player and add a fourth or even a third round pick thats kind of a steal to me. Not to mention with McNabb leading the offense and Nnamdi leading the defense. Sounds like the playoffs for the Redskins not to mentions the players they get from the draft.

Campbell couldn't prove himself because of a horrible O-Line. And if the Redskins swap their 1st pick, I am sure that Raiders are gonna get an OT. Russell Okung if available, or Trent Williams. This leaves Redskins with very few elite choices at the position of absolute need. Forget about Haynesworth, his attitude and game evens themselves out. But for Campbell and Rogers, Nnamdi AND 1st round swap is a little too much to ask for. Sure Rogers is not as good as Nnamdi, but he is not too bad either. And they are finally getting a proven starter in the form of Campbell.
I still stand by what I said earlier, and if this trade happens, this will be the 1st bad move by Redskins this off-season.

Agreed it might sound like an uneven trade but the facts show Rogers is an uproven player with the time he's been in the league. Haynesworths play on field shows more than his attitude but he's contract is a big issue sure this year is no cap but the team doesn't want to deal with a player who is unwilling to play a 3-4 while their paying him that much money. Campbell sure O-line wans't that great but with McNabb to be the sure starter and Campbell knowing he can start else where, he is bound to ask to a trade before the season starts. It is unsure that the Raiders will draft a OT with the first round pick regardless which pick it is. With these trades with WR in recent days anything can happen. It is unsure the Lions will take Suh with their biggest need at OT as well. Sure Suh looks pretty but his NFL readiness is in question. If the Lions want to get there offense going they need to draft O-line before going D. Again anything can happen it is the draft. I still think the Raiders Asmougha, third round pick 2010, third round pick 2011 pick and swap first round picks for Redskins Haynesworth, Campbell, Rogers, and swap first round picks is a good trade for both teams. Don't be surprised if this trade happens some time this weekend or even early next week or right before the draft.

Did you say that Raiders give Asomugha, 3rd pick 2010, 3rd pick 2011 for Redskins Haynesworth, Campbell, Rogers and 1st round swap? If this is the deal than I accept it. But I don't think that Raiders are willing to give up any draft picks. We need more draft picks and if the Raiders are willing to give up their 3rd, Redskins should agree to take the deal.

That is correct. The Raider could trade Asomugha and their third round pick for Haynesworth, Campbell, Rogers also swaping first round picks. Now the only question is wether the Raiders will trade this years third or next years third. Regardless the deal will go through and both parties will be happy untill of course Asomugha's contract runs out and he decides to part ways with the Redskins. Of course Raiders will retain Haynesworth for six more years Campbell for this year that is only if the Raiders decide not to give him more money and Rogers well, he's a toss up.

Everyone in these forums who has read anything from me knows I have no sense whatsoever but I think the Skins are the best team ever. I'm a total closet Viking fan but I just love them REdskins something fierce. Yep, Im a gonad

I will be happy if the trade goes through (if Redskins receive 3rd pick). I will also be happy for Campbell because he will have chance to start with the Raiders and prove himself.
@bullfarts: Happy to hear that you like Redskins. And this year, they might even be the best team. The only thing they need to work on now is O-Line.
If they acquire an elite OT in the draft and/or the free agency, Redskins may be set for at least 3 or 4 years with McNabb. And during that period, Redskins can draft a young QB or someone already on the roster (Brennan or Bartel) can step up and improve. I know Brennan have room to improve, nut I have no idea what Bartel is capable of, and if he is any good or not. Lets see if Bartel is our Kurt Warner :)

I am curious as to what the 'skins and Shanahan are gonna do with McNabb. Is he there for 1 year or like you said 3-4. What is the buzz? BTW your team is making a lot of noise lately huh? Congratz, hope it all works out.

Back in the day the L.A. Rams had the "Fearsome Foursome".
Then came the Minnesota Vikings with the "Purple Gang".
Along came the Washington Redskins with the "Fore Skins".

I am sure Redskins are gonna sign an extension for McNabb sooner or later. And I am guessing that this extensionis gonna be until he is 38 or 39. Even if he does not start in his final 2-3 years, he can stay as a mentor and a solid backup QB. But again, thats my guess, and I am not sure whats gonna happen. Allen and Shanahan have made great decisions to this point. And strangely, Snyder kept quiet this off-season. But O-Line still needs to be addressed, and if it is set before the season starts, Redskins may be one of the top teams in NFL.

That goes to show what it would take for the Raiders to part with Nnamdi...
