A team of leaders? Why, because his team was able to upset the struggling Vikings in Chicago? If the Bears had a team of leaders they wouldn't be trying to beat a sorry ass Lions squad just to make it to seven wins on the last game of the season.
Everything Lovie says and does solidifies why he should be released after the Lions game, with Angelo pulling up the rear next season if a new coach comes in and the results are the same. Play to dominate, not to compete.
