You know, they were chatting on radio about Washington plans on being aggressive in FA ( typical Dan Snyder move),so, I wonder how much salaries will go up after Snyder and Co. over pay for a FA. I doubt we see a 100M deal but i can see Washington pay someone excessive and driving up the price.

Your detractor doesn't want to say why, I guess? Our SB days sound pretty similar. Too bad we're several states apart or we could get together and debate over the chips.
I hadn't thought about the schedule, you're right. I'm not sure I see the advantage to moving back either date, but they didn't ask me. No one negotiates until the last minute anyway and it seems like a later draft is a disadvantage for undrafted guys/teams.
Dan Snyder? Not bashful, is he? This is why they never have any draft picks. I don't envy Jay Gruden. That's a soft defense and they really need to solidy that for RGIII to improve. That's helped Cam Newton and Russell Wilson. If they continue to lose, he's a Gruden: he and RGIII are going to butt heads. They draw the AFC South next season, so that might help. Unfortunately they also draw the NFC West.
Enjoy the commercials. I can't pick a team either. Nothing personal against Manning, but I'm not sure I can take much more gushing about him, and the Seahawks, well I just hate to see that happen after last yearl... Someone's gonna win and then it's 6 weeks of "Are they a dynasty?" & "Can they repeat?" Have a cold one on me.

I know what you mean.If Denver wins it will be a Peyton Manning ass kissing fest for the next month.I do wonder if Seattle wins ( since John Schneider is GM and he worked for Ted in GB) if all the anti Ted Thompson critics will piss and moan about J.S winning one ( forgetting that TT and Co. won one a few years back) and how we should have kept Schneider and let Thompson go ect,,If i remember correctly Thompson Worked in Seattle with Holmgren,so Seattle fans could have bitched the same thing back when, since GB won one and Seattle ( under Holmgren) didnt. You mentioned Washigntons defense, well,Orakpo ( spelling im sure) is a FA and if they lose him, that will hurt ( hopefully TT is interested in a LB that can run!,but, we do know about TT and FAcy,but, hopefully the many more stories written about TT taking FAcy a bit more seriously this offseason has some truth to it and TT will pull the trigger on a well knows lower level 1 upper to mid level 2 FA who can contribute. Enjoy the Super Bowl! It is to bad we are several states apart,,having a cold one, eating chips and talking Packer football was a great plan and always is!
