This writer is quite clueless...First of all, Tommy Kelly is not making near what the writer thought. Second of all Roland McClain hasn't been near the disappointment that many first round picks before him were. I didn't think he was really disappointing until this year but I still think it's all in part to him having 3 different coordinators in all 3 of his years in the NFL.

Plus the writer didn't even mention the biggest problem of all and that was the corners and the right tackle.

there is a few issues with mcclain. he made it to the nfl and was a top pick. so he has something great going for him. but sometimes with those things, you get power and money and trouble. mcclain is young and prone to make mistakes. he still has trouble with child like issue of not taking orders or getting yelled at. lack of studying and being at your position is critical to a coach. and i believe that the troubles and lack of studying has set mcclain back. i also believe mcclain has the ability to do great. if he by chance gets that other chance to stay?, he better let everything go and start over from scratch, and be a better person and appreciate his gift of being able to play in the nfl!
