Is to hire a coach who understand the basic fundamentals I the game of Football! In other words run the damn ball! You bring in Bill Callahan who turned the Jets running game into the leagues best, yet when you run and get a few consecutive runs for little to no yards you abandon the run game?!?! That's not how it works Jason, your O-line wants to run block, let them get in a rythm and get to actually attack D-lines occasionally instead of always having to be back on their heels. Learn from the Baltimore game, but they didn't! The very next game against the Giamts when it's 2nd &1 deep in Giants Territorry they call 3 pass plays?!? If you can't get a yard rushing in 3 play against a exhausted defense then you don't deserve to win. Bottom line it is a game of percentages and turnovers ultimately are the death of a season. Well Mr.Jones when you throw the ball 40 plus times a game Romo is much more likely to have a WR run a sloppy route, a ball tipped in the air, or just a misread and lead to interceptions. It's easy to say this now in hindsight but if you could have moved Parcells to GM and promoted Sean Payton (made him coach in waiting instead of Garrett) then I BET you would have more playoff wins, and possibly another ring! So why don't you do your fans, players, and yourself a favor and go GET Sean Payton and let the guys you love like Romo, Whiten, and Ware a chance to actually reach their pinnacle before their careers are over. It's not to late MR. Jones, please do the right thing!
Thank you sir.

Mr. Jones with all due respect but sometimes when your outside looking in so to speak you get a better view of the things that are wrong. I don't believe Jason Garrett a fit at coach. If you really want to make a serious push at the post season hire a Sean Payton or a bill cowher and demote Garrett to a quarterback coach or something. Stop giving huge contracts to players who haven't earned one such as Sandrick, Doug free. It's slowly killing us. Honestly, what have they done to merit such big contracts? Nothing. Thnx
