Sometimes the sports guys seem very violent. Elders 68yrs old Nye and 73yrs old Lee Frank went to buy a newspaper when they were attacked by a 27 year old Ty Reddish professionally trained in wrestling, judo by his dad Norco High Coach. Ty jumped up hit Nye in the lip, grabbed him by the head and dropped his feet to pull Nye down to the ground face down. Then Ty stood up and jumped in the air coming down on Nye's upper back taking the skin off and bleeding. He then grabbed him by the belt and shirt to turn over and while Nye was even passed out he was choking him and jumping up and down on his chest to get the air out of him. A person can die up to 3 weeks after from oxygen loss to the brain. Autopsy shows hemorrhage into the right stenocleidomastoid muscle in association with petechial hemorrhages consistent with nect trauma, multiple cutaneous injuries and three subgaleal hemorrhages at autopsy. The DA office would not release the sheriff report or autopsy for months even after closing the case. They told the family Nye had no injuries, that Lee was exaggerating what happened, and the DA chief deputy, and prosecutor said that he died of a heart attack. We had to get a national victims org to tell them they had to give the reports that it was illegal to not release them. Before we got the autopsy it was given to a newspaper writer (alledged boy friend of the prosecutors room mate). That is who we got if from. 5 months after Nye Franks death it was put on the front page fist fight and heart attack. Lee said Nye never hit and Ty did not have marks on him. The first night the parents stalked Lee and her family, then her neighbors to totally isolate her. This was reported to the DA and sheriff but they said they could not do anything.Stalking is against the law, especially of witnesses and crime victims. The DA office let Ty out of jail while he was already on probation, without a drug test, without bail in 24 hours and without charges. The investigating prosecutor and detective we have the sheriff recording of Phil Reddish the father telling them he had time to call a friend high up in DA office that told him how to handle this and call it a heart attack. Video of Ty telling how he used judo to kill the old guy on you tube, and of Phil Reddish spilling the beans. Daima Calhoun the prosecutor closed the case behind closed doors in a administrative meeting of the DA. No trial, no jury, no division of investigation. Lee Frank has been stalked the last two years, denied any services, even APS has never shown up with 3 request. The judge in Riverside Superior Court told Lee Frank if she tries to pursue her rights she may lose everything. Nye was a famous race car builder and had a contract for 3 more years. Lee her husband and his financial support. The DA said she could not have victim compensation because he said there were no witnesses and they do not know who hit who first. Nye had zero history of fighting. Both Ty's dad and brother told the sheriff he is combative. You can google for Nye Frank, Ty and Phil Reddish and see the videos and cars Nye built. Also Lee was the fastest woman on land in a jet car born in Riverside County.
