And so the nation's most contentious morality play is finally over, buried in the deep freeze of Foxboro, Mass.

Let's see...9 for 26 in a NFL Playoff game, yep, you will lose. There is just so far a college running QB can take you in the NFL (ask Vick & White) and Denver should feel lucky they got as far as they did. But he did give Denver fans alittle light and sold a whole bunch of NFL garb, but in the end, it was just alot of hype and his legacy this year will be he got "spanked" by the big boys. In the off season he needs to learn how to throw that ball and give up the "look at my happy feet routine", Denver fans deserve a team player.

Tebow is a young q/b.....Tom Brady is an experienced q/b and has been to and won super bowls, tough for Tebow to win against.

Broncos got spanked just like the Saints, Packers and the Texans. The two QB's who are up for MVP both got spanked!

Next year the Tebow bandwagon, I'll be on it, will run you guys over like so many squashed apples. This is a QB of the future. We don't take JOhnny-Come-Lately fans after young Timothy has won his first Super Bowl either. Ta, ta.

I luv scramblers. Not sayin that staying in the pocket isn't the preferred.

Sometimes you just NEED that 1st down, and if scrambling works, you can catch em sleeping....

... i.e. Tarkenton and Stabler.

Just because you won something yesterday doesn't mean you'll win it again today. Just because Brady won previous Superbowls doesn't mean teams lay down and let it happen again. Tebow vs. the Pats, simply got further exposed for his numerous shortcomings. He could never get the offense in gear because Denver's fluky offense was figured out.

Band-wagoners give majority or all credit to Tebow for the TEAMS win and pass blame or deflect from Tebow when they lose. Even when he can clearly do nothing to contribute or he actually hurts his team when they lose or he loses it for them.

Name another player in any sport at any point in history where he/she's had that same luxury as Tebow. You're "it" when we win and it's "everyone else's fault" when we lose.

You band-wagoners can't have it both ways. I'm telling you, if Tebow is just an ordinary guy with no faith QB-ing Denver, he'd be out on his ass. In fact, he would have not gone in the first round draft and he would have been dropped from 4th roster spot to playing in a different position or maybe QB in CFL or arena league. He'd be a nobody if he didn't use faith for fame.

Take that Tebow Bandwagon the hell out of Denver and ride it over the cliff. Then we'll see if Timmy can conjure up a miracle and save your flautulent ass

Didn't Tom Brady and the Pats boot that bandwagon over the cliff already?

You mistake objectivity and telling it like it is for nastiness. I thought I was being realistic especially seeing as that no other athlete in history has been given the same concessions right off the bat as Tim Tebow has. Everyone else has had to prove their worth and Tebow's position was given to him, NOT earned. Hell, even after this season, most realistic people STILL don't think Tebow is good enough or has earned the right to start in the NFL as a QB!

Just listen to what former NFL black, running QB's had to say about Tebow and what they had to EARN and what has been GIFTED to Tebow and then listen to what the other great black, college QB's that didn't get drafted into the NFL had to say about Tebow getting opportunities never afforded them.

Absolutely. Staubach and Young were also very good at keeping defenses honest by scrambling.

The only problem with this is that MLB and safeties have gotten so big and strong, that you have to have a QB that's built like an FB if he is to survive the season playing that way. Even then, sometimes they don't. Cam Newton will learn that next year...
