I would love to see Philip Daniels be a force on the defensive side. We so need a dominant pass rusher. I've been critical of him, as well as the whole defense the past couple years, justifiably so, I believe, but I can"t help but believe in these guys. I mean all they have to do is look around and see all the eye candy, the trophies, the rings of the faithful, listen to the guys that have gone the distance, and bring a championship home. The Patriots aren't an enigma.
what they've been able to do up there stems from the character of the players, not the coach. Daniels has the same integrity, as does Portis, and Betts.
