i guess you were right about r mcclains innocence long time ago T_RAIDER. the only thing now is, will r mckenzie keep him around next season?

I figured that when they didn't do anything to him at the time, he was innocent. I was worried about him getting found guilty, but when he claimed he wasn't too worried about it himself, then I figured that he must be innocent.

I think that if McKenzie let's him go this offseason it will be because of money.

Innocent until proven guilty...trust me I've been in trouble with the law a few too many times.

Let's not get too confused here. McClain was already convicted--found guilty in a court of law.

He appealed the judges decision (which is his right) and the case got dismissed at the appeal because the "victim" refused to testify.

as Lineman so eloquently put it: Money talks so gangsters walk.

Did I miss something? Or did I read this article wrong?

sorry,.......the victim didn't refuse to "testify"....he refused to go forward with he case.
