Good info. Thanks for posting this. Vegans must certainly read this or might as well try this. Maybe I should try this one too.

I've been vegan for about 6 years now and the one thing I noticed just like everyone else no doubt is the gradual lethargicness and weakness. The best advice I can give you is getting some form of suppliment in! Although I've tried supplements/ vitamins it does take a long time to get into the blood stream. I've actually ended up using patches as an alternative and ever since then I've had a lot more energy.These are the ones I used - hope this helps x

When i went vegan i felt great, and still do.

Every vegan i have talked to have said they felt great when they went vegan. They say they hardly ever get sick and they have more energy.

Most vegans dont take supplements or use patches as we get everything we need from our diet.
